For some people, remembering dreams is difficult. There are those that say they simply can't remember them at all, and others who remember only fleeting images and feelings as they awake. If you happen to have the luxury of waking up whenever you want, then your chances of remembering your dreams will be higher. Alas...for most people, this is not how things work. Perhaps you have tried some of the traditional methods like keeping a dream notebook by your bed, or speaking your dream fragments into a recorder? These are very good methods if you have the discipline to keep it up. However, most people give up after a while simply because they need their sleep. Anchoring is a hypnosis trick for remembering something by association. Your mind is highly suggestible during state in between waking and sleeping, and that time is great for anchoring on dream recall. Here is how it works:
